Directions

Promotes healthy magnesium levels. Take daily with or without food.

Ages 4-9: one gummy daily Ages 10-18: one to four gummies daily

Adults: one to four gummies daily

All ages: Avoid exceeding the recommended dose by age; a laxative effect may result from excessive intake.

Start at the lower end of the dose by age. Avoid taking the full daily dose at one time; space intake throughout the day. Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended for children under 4 years of age due to the risk of choking.
